2 short (<100 pages) books on "Becoming an Exemplary Peace Officer"," as guides to ethical decision-making. Books were developed by the Josephson Institute of Ethics (a non-profit that also has success with peace officer seminars) and CA POST editorial review board. Cost for each about $15.
